• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed appointments or cancellations made later than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged at the full price.

• If you have insurance coverage (Cigna, Allianz, AXA or others), please bring your insurance details to the visit.
