    All appointments must be pre-booked.
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full fee.

    Payment is made on-site via card or Swish. We do not accept cash.
    Some services, like home or hotel visits, may require upfront payment.

  3. Services and Fees
    Additional tests (e.g., CRP, Strep A) and services are charged separately according to our price list.
    All tests are conducted based on medical indication and follow established guidelines (e.g., STRAMA).

  4. Patient Information
    Personal details are handled securely in compliance with GDPR and Swedish law.

  5. Serious Medical Conditions
    For life-threatening emergencies, please call 112 or visit the nearest emergency room.
